And I also think the risk of being

explicitly corrupt in Norway.

I know for myself that if I had

been exposed to it, sent a building application

or something, and then a bureaucrat calls back

faster.

It's almost a bit strange that it doesn't

happen in some way, that some bureaucrats in

Oslo get money to actually do their job

a little faster.

But I just think, if I had gotten

that offer, then I would have put on

and said that there is a corrupt bureaucrat.
